Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 3 black tea bags

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • Pinch of ground cardamom

  • Pinch of ground cloves

  • 1/8 tsp black peppercorn

  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, roughly chopped

  • 1-1/2 Tbsp raw sugar

  • 2-1/2 cups coconut, almond or whole milk


Directions

  1. In a medium-sized pot, combine water, tea bags and spices. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover with a lid and set aside for 5 minutes.

  2. Add sugar and milk. Return to heat until it begins to simmer, then remove from heat immediately.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
