1 cup carrots, spiralized
1 cup zucchini, spiralized
2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, mined
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 oz. feta cheese
3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
Spiral vegetables if you did not buy them already spiralized.
In a medium bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, parsley, garlic, and seasonings. Mix well.
Add in spiralized vegetables and toss to coat. Add feta cheese and sunflower seeds, toss.
Adjust seasonings if needed. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
