Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sugar in the Raw

  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp white vinegar

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cups mango, sliced

  • 2 cups tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Directions

  1. In a small dish whisk together sugar, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Place mangos, tomatoes and onions in a large bowl and drizzle dressing on top. Toss to combine. Garnish with cilantro before serving.

  3. Divide into 4 equal servings.
