Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • Mini Mozzarella Cheese Balls (1 oz each)

  • 1 package of cherry or grape tomatoes

  • Fresh Basil Leaves

  • Sea Salt and Pepper


Directions

  1. Bring Balsamic Vinegar to a boil in a saucepan. Lower heat to medium and simmer until the consistency is like very thin Maple Syrup. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool.

  2. Cut Tomatoes in half. Thread a Mini Mozzarella Cheese Ball, Basil Leaf and Tomato onto a mini skewer (or a tooth pick). Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  3. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper and drizzle with cooled Balsamic Reduction on top.

  4. Enjoy!
