Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey

  • 1 small banana, cut lengthwise*

  • 1/4 cup fruit of choice

  • 1 oz chopped nuts

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes


Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla extract, and syrup or honey.

  2. Cut banana in half lengthwise. Place each half in the bowl.

  3. Add yogurt mixture in between banana slices.

  4. Top with fruit, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
