1/4 cup dry oats
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
1/4 cup blueberries
In a bowl or jar that has a lid combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix well or cover and shake until well mixed.
Remove lid. Gently stir in blueberries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to two days.
Serve chilled.
