Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1 oz almonds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 2 drops vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Add water to thin the mixture to your desired consistency.
