2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp whole milk
2 Tbsp water
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Add blue cheese, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and milk to a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
Add water 1 tsp at a time until you reach desired consistency. Alternatively you could use a small food processor to mix ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
