Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp whole milk

  • 2 Tbsp water

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Add blue cheese, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and milk to a small bowl. Whisk until combined.

  2. Add water 1 tsp at a time until you reach desired consistency. Alternatively you could use a small food processor to mix ingredients.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
