1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold.
