1 oz roasted almonds
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1-1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup blackberries
3 mint leaves (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss almonds in coconut oil and place on a baking sheet.
Roast almonds in oven for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and top with the roasted almonds.
