Ingredients

  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup avocado, diced

  • 1 cup red onion, diced

  • 1 cup mango, diced

  • ½ cup corn

  • 1 ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • Juice from 2-3 limes

  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

  • Handful of cilantro, chopped


Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until well combined.
