1 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
1 cup avocado, diced
1 cup red onion, diced
1 cup mango, diced
½ cup corn
1 ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp olive oil
Juice from 2-3 limes
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Handful of cilantro, chopped
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until well combined.
