1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
3 Tbsp hemp seeds (raw/shelled)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax seed meal
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
1 cup berries
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the berries. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Continue stirring and reduce heat to medium-low.
Allow porridge to simmer until it thickens, about 2-4 minutes.
Pour into serving bowl, top with berries and serve immediately.
