Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds (raw/shelled)

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp flax seed meal

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 cup berries


Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the berries. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Continue stirring and reduce heat to medium-low.

  3. Allow porridge to simmer until it thickens, about 2-4 minutes.

  4. Pour into serving bowl, top with berries and serve immediately.
