Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil, packed

  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 1/2 T bsp shallot, minced

  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Adjust any seasonings if necessary.

  4. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
