Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup bananas, sliced

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp pecans, chopped


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans in a mason jar. Mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with pecans before serving.
