4 cups Brussels Sprouts (approx. ¾ lbs.)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 slices uncured bacon, uncooked and chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp pls 1 ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Trim end of Brussels Sprouts and cut in half.
In a bowl, mix together Brussels Sprouts, garlic, bacon, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Place mixture on baking sheet or shallow baking dish and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes until Brussels Sprouts are tender. Stir occasionally.
Divide into 4 equal servings.
