  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cup butternut squash, diced and roasted

  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced

  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa

  • ¼ cup green apple, diced

  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 3 oz grilled chicken
