Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced

  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes


Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, bananas, pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste. Mix.

  2. Adjust seasonings, if needed. Add 1 tsp honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
