3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup banana, sliced
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
In a bowl, combine yogurt, bananas, pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste. Mix.
Adjust seasonings, if needed. Add 1 tsp honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
