1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup mango, sliced
1/4 cup banana, sliced
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp honey (optional)
In a pot over medium-high heat, combine oats, milk and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until oats are soft, about 15 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and top with mango, banana, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
Drizzle with 1 tsp honey (optional).
