Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup mango, sliced

  • 1/4 cup banana, sliced

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


Directions

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, combine oats, milk and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until oats are soft, about 15 minutes.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with mango, banana, chia seeds and shredded coconut.

  3. Drizzle with 1 tsp honey (optional).
