1/2 cup cooked black or brown rice (measure after cooking)
6 oz brisket, cooked and sliced
1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
1-1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 Tbsp GOLO's Tamari Dressing. Recipe at https://www.golo.com/blogs/recipes/tamari-dressing
Tamari dressing: whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
Assemble bowl by layering rice, cucumbers, romaine, and brisket.
Add 2 Tbsp Tamari dressing. Toss and serve.
