1/2 cup tamari sauce
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 to 1-1/2 tsp chili powder, to taste
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and then store in an airtight container.
This can be kept in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
