1 bottle dry white wine
2 cups wild blueberries, frozen
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup cognac or brandy
1 lemon, juiced
2 oranges, sliced into thin rounds
7 fresh thyme sprigs
Add wine, frozen blueberries and oranges to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large serving pitcher.
Add cognac or brandy, lemon juice, orange slices and thyme sprigs.
Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
