1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup kale, shredded
1 cup romaine, shredded
1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 jalapeno, sliced very fine
12 oz chicken, cooked and diced
Juice of 2 limes
2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp sriracha hot chili sauce
1 tsp honey
Combine all of the ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake vigorously until well incorporated.
Adjust flavors as needed.
Divide into 2 equal servings.
