Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp raw sugar

  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup onion, diced

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots)

  • 2 cups spaghetti squash, cooked and shredded

  • 2 cups zucchini noodles

  • 1/4 tsp white pepper


Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix tamari, garlic, sugar, and ginger. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and celery. Cook 3-4 minutes then add coleslaw mix. Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.

  3. Stir in spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, and tamari sauce mixture. Mix well. Cook 2-5 minutes.
