1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp raw sugar
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots)
2 cups spaghetti squash, cooked and shredded
2 cups zucchini noodles
1/4 tsp white pepper
In a small bowl, mix tamari, garlic, sugar, and ginger. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and celery. Cook 3-4 minutes then add coleslaw mix. Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Stir in spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, and tamari sauce mixture. Mix well. Cook 2-5 minutes.
