6 oz. piece of salmon
1/4 cup cooked mung beans
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup steamed asparagus
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill & mint
1 tsp avocado oil (optional)
Season salmon with sea salt and sear with 1 tsp avocado oil (can also steam or bake fish).
Cook mung beans per GOLO directions.
Chop and steam asparagus in pan.
Chop fresh dill and mint.
You can choose to toss the mung beans, strawberries, fresh dill and mint together or pair separately.
