2 lbs. brussels sprouts, halved or quartered if large (6 cups)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil in a large bowl to coat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Stir in and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Drizzle with maple syrup, stirring to coat.
Bake another 5 minutes or until glazed.
