Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. brussels sprouts, halved or quartered if large (6 cups)

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup


Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil in a large bowl to coat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Stir in and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.

  5. Drizzle with maple syrup, stirring to coat.

  6. Bake another 5 minutes or until glazed.
