1/4 cup pumpkin, pureed
1/4 cup dry oats
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey
1 tsp butter, melted
Optional toppings could include: almonds, chocolate chips, pepitas etc.
Add all ingredients into a mason jar and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
If adding optional toppings add right before serving.
