1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp pureed pumpkin
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk milk, cream, pureed pumpkin, pumpkin spice and syrup.
When it begins to steam, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Strain into a glass container using a fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
