1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
1/4 cup avocado, mashed
2 eggs, poached
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Toast the piece of bread to your liking and spread avocado on top.
Place the poached eggs on the avocado toast or serve on the side.
Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
*Note: Add some drops of hot sauce or sriracha for an added kick!
