1 cup whole milk
2 Tbsp coconut sugar or honey
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 tsp peppermint extract
Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until milk starts to steam.
Reduce heat to medium-low heat. Add sugar or honey and cocoa powder. Mix until fully dissolved.
Remove saucepan from heat. Add peppermint extract.
Refrigerate creamer in an airtight container and use within 1 week.
