Peppermint Mocha Creamer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar or honey

  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3/4 tsp peppermint extract


Directions

  1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until milk starts to steam.

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low heat. Add sugar or honey and cocoa powder. Mix until fully dissolved.

  3. Remove saucepan from heat. Add peppermint extract.

  4. Refrigerate creamer in an airtight container and use within 1 week.
