4 Cups Water
5 Green Tea Bags
2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, finely grated or minced
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 Cups Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 Mint Leaves
Heat water to simmer, almost boiling point. Add the green tea bags into the water.
Add the ginger and let that steep for 3-4 minutes.
Once the tea has cooled down pour the contents through a strainer into a large pitcher.
Add the honey to the pitcher and stir to mix well.
Pour in the orange and lemon juice. Stir to blend.
Serve with ice and garnish with mint.
