1 slice whole wheat bread
1 oz cheese (1 thick slice)
1/4 cup mashed avocado
vegetables of your choice - olives, radishes, carrots, cucumbers etc. (for decoration)
parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese balls and/or chia seeds (for decoration)
Place cheese on bread and heat in toaster oven as desired.
Remove bread from oven and allow to cool while assembling other ingredients.
When cooled, top toast with avocado and other toppings as desired.
