1/4 cup avocado, mashed
1 slice whole wheat/grain bread, toasted
1/4 cup corn
1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Pinch smoked paprika
Fresh cilantro
Mash your avocado in a small bowl and set aside. Toast bread until desired doneness.
Spread avocado on toast and top with corn, cheese, and herbs/seasonings. Enjoy!
