Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup avocado, mashed

  • 1 slice whole wheat/grain bread, toasted

  • 1/4 cup corn

  • 1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

  • Pinch smoked paprika

  • Fresh cilantro


Directions

  1. Mash your avocado in a small bowl and set aside. Toast bread until desired doneness.

  2. Spread avocado on toast and top with corn, cheese, and herbs/seasonings. Enjoy!
