Lemon Turmeric Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 (6oz) salmon filets

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • 1 Tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 whole lemon, cut into round slices


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Rub the salmon with 1 tsp of the avocado oil. Place salmon in the baking dish, skin down.

  3. In a small bowl, mix Thyme, Turmeric, Salt and Pepper. Sprinkle over top of the Salmon.

  4. Place the lemon slices on top and around the salmon.

  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
