Honey Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 6 oz chicken breast, cubed

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 cups broccoli slaw

  • 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

  • 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce


Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add honey. Stir. Cook chicken thoroughly. Remove from heat.

  4. Add broccoli slaw and quinoa to a serving bowl. Top with cooked chicken and tamari or soy sauce.
