2 3-oz tenderloin steaks
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
1 Roma tomato, cut into 4 slices
4 fresh basil leaves
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 2 pieces
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Place on grill and close lid. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Top each steak with 2 slices tomato, 2 basil leaves, and 1 slice mozzarella. Serve as is or reduce heat to low and and grill for 3 -5 minutes to melt cheese over ingredients.
Let cool for 5 minutes and then drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
