2 Tbsp homemade dressing
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup avocado, sliced
1/4 cup grapefruit, peeled and seeded
3 Tbsp hemp seeds
3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 oz. feta cheese
2 cups spinach
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Dash of salt and pepper, to taste
Dash of garlic powder
Prepare homemade dressing, set to the side.
Place the cooked quinoa at the bottom of a bowl.
Assemble the rest if the ingredients on top.
Drizzle the homemade dressing on top. Enjoy!
