1/4 cup whole milk
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese or other cheese of your choice
1 cup cooked pasta (measured after cooking)
Sea salt, pepper, herbs & spices to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, on low - heat milk.
Slowly add in cheese and stir until smooth.
Add cheese mixture to cooked pasta. Add in seasonings if desired.
Place in a casserole dish & bake until bubbly. (Approximately 15-25 minutes)
