1-1/2 cups avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup corn, thawed
1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 pinch cayenne pepper to taste
1-1/2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
In a bowl, mash avocado, lime juice, and salt together.
Add onion, corn, tomatoes, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
