2 eggs
2 almond flour tortillas
1 10-oz carton GOLO Foods Bison Blend
1 tsp olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup avocado
Scramble eggs in a small bowl using a fork.
Warm tortillas for about 20 seconds per side in a nonstick pan. Set on serving plate.
Heat GOLO Foods Blend and add half to each tortilla.
Add oil to pan over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble with a small spatula. Season to taste.
Add half of the scrambled eggs to each tortilla and top each with half of the avocado.
