GOLO Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp fresh dill, plus extra for garnish (optional)

  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)


Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine crab, egg, breadcrumbs, yogurt, Old Bay, lemon juice, onion powder, pepper, and dill. Mix well.

  2. Form into 6 patties.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Lay crab cakes in skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until browned.

  4. Remove from heat. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill and lemon wedges (optional).
