1 lb fresh crab meat
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
Black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh dill, plus extra for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
In a large bowl combine crab, egg, breadcrumbs, yogurt, Old Bay, lemon juice, onion powder, pepper, and dill. Mix well.
Form into 6 patties.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Lay crab cakes in skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until browned.
Remove from heat. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill and lemon wedges (optional).
