1 lb ground chicken
1 cup ripe avocado, cut into chunks
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1 jalapeño pepper, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients and form into five patties.
Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
