1/4 cup dragon fruit (frozen)
1/4 cup banana (frozen)
1/3 cup lite coconut milk (canned preferred)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 to 1 cup coconut water
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
Add dragon fruit, bananas, coconut milk, vanilla extract and hemp hearts to a blender.
Blend on high speed.
Slowly add coconut water and blend until smooth. The trick to a thick smoothie bowl is being patient and blending slowly, adding only as much liquid necessary. You want a thick consistency that you can eat with a spoon.
Pour smoothie contents into a serving bowl and top with chia seeds and bee pollen (if using).
