¾ cup plain full fat Greek Yogurt
½ medium Avocado
1 ½ tbsp. Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp. Honey
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ cup Milk of choice (Whole, Coconut, Almond)
Pinch of Sea Salt
In a food processor or a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
Pour into an ice cream churner and follow manufacturers instructions. If you do not have one, pour into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Thaw frozen yogurt for a few minutes before scooping
