Dandelion Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dandelion

  • 4 cups Water


Directions

  1. Place clean dandelion in a sauce pan. Cover with water.

  2. Bring water to a boil. Cover and remove from heat.

  3. Allow the tea to infuse for three hours or overnight.

  4. Strain out the dandelion and save the liquid for tea.

  5. Dilute with water if the flavor is too strong.

  6. For fluid retention, blood pressure, blood sugar and more!
