1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular plain yogurt)
Zest from 1 orange
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup orange, chopped
12 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond or oat milk, plus extra for thinning out.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup yogurt, orange zest, vanilla extract, maple syrup and chopped oranges. Mix well.
Add chia seeds and carefully mix.
Add chopped cranberries and unsweetened coconut flakes.
Add milk of choice and carefully mix. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours or overnight.
Divide into 3 separate servings. Add a small amount of milk to thin it out, if necessary.
