1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder)
sea salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 bag of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage & carrots)
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
1 jalapeno (optional)
Add to fish, shrimp, or chicken tacos! Or any other desired dish.
Combine the lime juice, yogurt, and spices all together.
Add the coleslaw mix in the bowl and toss until combined. Adjust seasonings if needed. Enjoy!
