Ingredients

  • 1 scrambled egg

  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla

  • 2 oz. feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced

  • Sea salt and pepper


Directions

  1. In a small non-stick skillet, scramble your egg. Set aside.

  2. Warm the tortilla on the skillet for 1 minute and remove from stove top.

  3. Place the egg in the tortilla and top with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and avocado. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
