1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
splash of soy sauce or coconut aminos
salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
In a medium bowl put 1/4 cup blackberries and smash with a fork.
Add balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), salt, and pepper. Mix.
Whisk the dressing while slowly pouring olive oil into the bowl.
You can also shake ingredients together.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
