Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup avocado, mashed

  • 1 slice toasted whole wheat bread

  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp salsa

  • 1/4 cup cooked black beans (if using canned beans, make sure to rinse & drain before use)

  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)


Directions

  1. Spread avocado evenly on toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Top with salsa, black beans and cilantro (optional).
