1/4 cup avocado, mashed
1 slice toasted whole wheat bread
Sea salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp salsa
1/4 cup cooked black beans (if using canned beans, make sure to rinse & drain before use)
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Spread avocado evenly on toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with salsa, black beans and cilantro (optional).
