1 cup broccoli florets
12 oz. beef sirloin steak, thinly slices across the grain
2-1/2 cups leafy greens
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
1/4 tsp honey
1 tsp avocado oil
In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp of the ginger vinaigrette over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Then add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine leafy greens, red bell pepper, broccoli, beef. Drizzle remaining dressing and toss to combine.
